Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Have original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging

Be free of damage, odors, makeup, or signs of wear

Include your order number and reason for the return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or appear excessive or unreasonable.
