All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Costs

USPS Ground Advantage $8.00 Flate Rate

USPS Priority Mail $15.00 Flate Rate

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

Most USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive within 2–3 business days after processing, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays.

Gold Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gold Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gold Leaf is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at info@goldleafstyle.com to request a return authorization.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Have original tags attached
Be returned in their original packaging
Be free of damage, odors, makeup, or signs of wear

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment

method for the merchandise total only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process after the return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@goldleafstyle.com. with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
