At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
Most USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive within 2–3 business days after processing, though delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gold Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment
method for the merchandise total only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
